Below are the prices for our summer programmes. These are for our organised itineraries, whether guided or self guided.

We can also book just your accommodation for you and let you explore on your own if you prefer,
or
tailor an exclusive and exciting itinerary for you alone or you and your friends and colleagues.

If you are keen golfers or fishermen then we have many itineraries that you would find interesting. The golf balls fly 12% further in places such as Crested Butte because of the thinner air. CB also has a Robert Trent Jones II course which is in the top 10% in the US. Gold medal trout and salmon fishing is right on the doorstep. Colorado really is a paradise full of incredible things to do. Ideal for families with diverse interests. Dad can play golf or fish whilst mum goes horse riding or hiking and the youngsters can mountain bike, kayak or in those rare moments join mum and dad in their interests.

There is definitely something for everyone here.

We only have a small space to feature some of the things that are our passions. Thankfully not all of us like to do the same things otherwise this world really would be a dull place. If you have a request or have a group that would like to participate in a full but diverse programme, call us, we will have something for you!

NB. For guided itineraries there is a required minimum number for the tour to go ahead.

Booking and cancellation conditions

For all reservations we require 20% deposit or two nights accommodation, whichever is greater, within 14 days of booking.

( Irwin Lodge 1 night deposit per person ).

The balance is due 50 days prior to arrival date.

For cancellations after 50 days there will be a $100 cancellation fee per room.
For cancellations after 45 days prior to arrival there will be a 50% cancellation fee.
For cancellations after 30 days prior to arrival there will be a 100% cancellation fee.

Wilderness Ways 2002/2003

GRAND COLORADO TOUR, (guided).

$1,850.00 per person plus tax (Based on double occupancy)
Minimum 8 clients per trip. Max 12.

Included in price: 13 days guided tour. Transfer to Denver Airport, Accommodation, Breakfast (14) Lunch packets (13), farewell dinner (1), all park entrance fees, Silverton train fee.

Not included: Evening meals except last evening, gratuities to guides and restaurant staff, baggage handling, incidental excursions such as whitewater rafting and 4x4 trips. Transfer from Denver Airport to Hotel.

RED ROCK RENDEZVOUS
UTAH, ARIZONA, COLORADO HIKING TOUR, (guided).

$1,850.00 per person plus tax (Based on double occupancy)

Included in price: 13 days guided tour. Transfer to Las Vegas Airport, Accommodation, Breakfast (14) Lunch packets (13), farewell dinner (1), all park entrance fees, Silverton train fee.

Not included: Evening meals except last evening, gratuities to guides and restaurant staff, baggage handling, incidental excursions such as whitewater rafting and 4x4 trips. Transfer from Las Vegas Airport to Hotel.

CRESTED BUTTE HIKING (unguided).

$315.00 per person plus tax (7 nights) (Based on double occupancy)

Included in price: 7 nights accommodation including continental breakfast. (For shorter stays please call us).

Not included: Transfer to and from Gunnison airport, gratuities, baggage handling, incidental excursions such as whitewater rafting and 4x4 trips.

MOUNTAIN BIKE PROGRAMMES, (guided).

$850.00 per person plus tax (Based on double occupancy)

Included in price: 5 days guided bike tours. 7 nights accommodation, continental breakfast (7) Lunch packets (5), 6 days rental of front suspension mid level mountain bike.

Not included: Transfer to and from Gunnison airport, gratuities, helmet, baggage handling, incidental excursions such as whitewater rafting and 4x4 trips.

HORSE RIDING PROGRAMMES, (guided).

$215.00 PER PERSON PLUS TAX FOR ACCOMMODATION

(Based on double occupancy)

RIDING ITINERARIES ARE EXTRA

Included in price: 7 nights accommodation including continental breakfast.

Not included: Transfer to and from Gunnison airport, Gratuities, baggage handling, incidental excursions such as whitewater rafting and 4x4 trips. Day rides range from $70 to $110 per person. The Aspen ride is $280 per person one way. Accommodation in Aspen can be arranged and return rides or transport back to Crested Butte. Overnight pack trips range from $270 for 2 days and 1 night to $600 for 5 days and 4 nights.
