A 4 bedroom 3 bathroom house situated on the mountain. This spacious house has a single car garage and large decks front and back. The back deck has an out door hot-tub with terrific views of Mt. Crested Butte. The front deck has an amazing panorama of the valley and out to Gothic and Treasury mountains. It is recommended that clients have a car for this property as it is not on the shuttle route. The lounge has a large screen TV and leather sofa and arm chairs. Cathedral ceilings. For the more adventurous it is possible to ski in and out on unprepared snow.
This is a No Smoking property.
This house has the following bed configuration:
Master: King Bed + ensuite bathroom
Bedroom #1: 1 Queen bed + ensuite bathroom
Bedroom #2: Queen (log four poster, own toilet but shares a bath with # 3)
Bedroom #3 Queen (views of Mt. Crested Butte own toilet but shares a bath with # 2)
Includes: Propane burning, ceramic log fire in the lounge, Washer Dryer, Dishwasher, Microwave, large screen TV. Housekeeping is once a week on Saturday. Maid service available, see below.
Rates are based on 8 persons with 8 person Maximum. 50%DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED FOR THIS PROPERTY CANCELLATIONS 100 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL DATE WILL RESULT IN A FEE OF 50% OF DEPOSIT. CANCELLATIONS BETWEEN 50 AND 100 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL DATE WILL RESULT IN A FEE OF 100% OF DEPOSIT. CANCELLATIONS AFTER 50 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL DATE WILL RESULT IN A FEE OF 100% OF RENTAL CHARGES.
